Salary Scale: £162.31-£251.72 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join one of our client schools in Market Harborough , starting in January 2025. The ideal candidate will be committed to inspiring students and helping them develop essential skills in problem-solving and critical thinking. You will be working closely with the school's leadership team to maintain high educational standards and contribute to the continuous development of the curriculum.

As a Maths Teacher , you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students across key stages, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, and supporting their academic progression in mathematics.

Responsibilities of a Maths Teacher :

* Teach mathematics to students across key stages 3 and 4.
* Develop lesson plans and resources that cater to the needs of all students.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a safe and respectful environment.
* Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students, parents, and the school leadership.
* Participate in the development of departmental activities and initiatives.

Required Qualifications for a Maths Teacher :

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for Mathematics.
* Experience teaching Maths at secondary level.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
