About The Role

Fully Flexible Support Worker 37.5 hours Full-time, based in Arnold, NG5 postal code area of Nottingham £13.12 per hour.

About You

We are different in lots of ways (that’s what makes us so interesting) with various age ranges from 18-65

Most of us are mobile but some need a little bit of physical assistance to get around our house and out and about. We have different challenges in our lives which include learning disabilities and mental health.

We have a staff team who are all trained and familiar with supporting someone with similar needs.

The service comprises of individual flats and a communal area where we meet with other tenants and also like to sit an speak with support staff.

We like our staff to work Mornings 7am to 3pm, Afternoon 3pm to 10pm and Nights 10pm to 7am. We also have a Sleep In shift and some mid 1-1 shifts . We have one person supported who requires Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG), this is the preferred route of feeding and nutritional support in patients with a functional gastrointestinal system who require long-term enteral nutrition.
