Customer Service Administrator, Redruth

We are looking for a well organised and confident Customer Service Administrator.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

This role will involve handling telephone enquiries, providing excellent customer service, completing general administration and basic data entry.

The ideal candidate will have a confident telephone manner, good communication skills and experience using Outlook and Office 365. Previous administration experience is preferred. You'll need to be a quick learner with good time-management and organisational skills.
