Consumer Additions has partnered exclusively with a leading £250m+ turnover British online D2C food brand.
This is a 12 month maternity cover contract that will focus on leading their Commercial Finance and Planning teams.
Responsibilities:
- Coach and encourage a team of 9 (4 direct)
- Drive day to day business performance
- Own budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Own strategic long-term commercial planning
- Drive superior commercial return on tech investments
- Deliver robust and useful financial information and analysis
Requirements:
- Extensive recent experience gained in a consumer environment is essential
- Authentic and empathetic people leader
- Demonstrate high levels of intellectual rigour
- Self-motivated in a fast-paced environment
- Deal with highly complex topics and ambiguity
