Yard Labourer

The Best Connection are recruiting Yard Labourer to join our client's team on a ongoing basis , with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. This role is based predominantly outdoors and involves heavy manual work , making it ideal for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on roles in the construction industry.

Location: Redhill

Industry: Construction

Pay Rate: £13 an hour

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm

• Sorting and moving heavy items within the yard
• Cleaning and preparing equipment for use
• Ensuring all yard areas remain health and safety compliant
• Supporting day-to-day operations during a busy period
• Carrying out general yard duties as required

• Happy to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work
• Keen attention to detail to maintain health and safety standards
• Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic
• Must have own transport due to the site being difficult to access
