We're recruiting for Kitchen Assistants to earn £13.00 per hour. You will be supporting the preparation and service of nutritious meals for pupils and staff, ensuring high standards of food hygiene, safety and efficiency within the school kitchen.

* Prepare dining areas, counters, serving stations and equipment.

* Wash and sanitise dishes, trays and cutlery.
* Follow food safety regulations for the correct storage and handling of food.
* Dispose of waste appropriately and maintain a clean and organised kitchen.
* Assist with stock rotation, storage and basic inventory tasks.
* Receive and store deliveries in accordance with food safety guidelines.
* Report equipment faults, hazards or shortages to the Head Cook or Catering Manager.
* Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
* Follow school safeguarding, Health and Safety and hygiene policies.
