Fabricator Welder (MIG)

The Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable and growing manufacturing company based in Walsall , who specialise in producing electrical switchboards and enclosures .
We are seeking an experienced Fabricator Welder to join their skilled workshop team.
About the Role
You will be involved in the fabrication and welding of metal switchboards and enclosures , working from technical drawings and ensuring a high-quality finish throughout.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- MIG welding of mild steel components
- Fabricating switchboards and enclosures from drawings
- Linishing and finishing work to a high standard
- Working both independently and within a team
- Maintaining quality, accuracy, and safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in MIG welding and fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience with linishing and finishing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable and good attitude towards work
What's on Offer
