Are you a commercially savvy finance professional ready to make a real impact? My law firm client is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to join their high-performing, collaborative team. This is a brilliant opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, shaping pricing strategies, driving profitability, and delivering innovative financial solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted business partner to practice, sector, or regional leadership, delivering smart pricing and profitability strategies.
- Lead on major tenders and panel appointments , aligned with commercial goals.
- Build robust financial models and deliver actionable insights.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering collaboration.
- Educate partners and fee earners on financial management, pricing, and commercial acumen.
- Support strategic initiatives alongside senior finance leaders.
About You:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified (or equivalent) - desirable but not essential.
- Proven experience in commercial finance and pricing .
- Previous experience in a commercially focused finance role in either a law firm or wider professional services firm.
- A sharp analytical mind with the ability to translate numbers into strategy .
- Strong communicator and relationship builder with a collaborative mindset.
- Results-driven, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve.
