Project Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading engineering organisation based in Oxfordshire.
This is an exciting opportunity to deliver complex, high–value engineering and customisation projects within a dynamic and highly regulated environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing multiple projects end–to–end, ensuring delivery on time, on cost, and on quality. Working with cross–functional teams, you will lead planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and project governance.
Key Responsibilities
. Deliver multiple complex projects across the full lifecycle
. Manage project risks, opportunities, and financials
. Lead multi–disciplinary teams and coordinate stakeholders
. Ensure adherence to project controls, KPIs, and governance processes
Requirements
. Proven experience delivering complex projects (ideally in aerospace/engineering)
. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
. Experience with project controls, planning, and risk management
. Formal PM qualification (PRINCE2, APM or similar)
. Active SC Clearance (essential)
. Knowledge of aviation regulations (EASA/CAA/MAA) desirable
