Your Responsibilities Providing classroom support to teachers and pupils.Delivering interventions and small group learning activities.Supporting children to stay engaged, motivated, and confident in their learning.Assisting with classroom organisation and preparation of learning resources.Helping to create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.Working collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals within the school. What We're Looking For Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare, or youth work setting.A positive, proactive, and flexible approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one. Desirable Experience Schools would particularly welcome candidates who have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including: Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)ADHDSpeech and Language NeedsSocial, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needsLearning difficulties and additional support needs What We Offer
