Requirements
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Prior UK KS1 teaching experience
Strong behaviour management skills
Excellent planning, communication, and organisation
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS certificate
Salary
£34,514 – £46,001 per annum (MPS1–MPS6)

Planning and delivering creative, engaging KS1 lessons
Differentiating work to meet individual learning needs
Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
Maintaining accurate assessment and progress records
Using phonics strategies to support early literacy
Collaborating with colleagues and phase leaders
Communicating effectively with parents and carers
