Hear from a Colleague:

“I have spent my FD Year, FD+1 and subsequent Associate years with Rodericks Dental Partners. A combination of the FD+1 Scheme and working within such a supportive environment has allowed me to grow immensely in confidence, build lifelong friendships and provide the upmost patient centred approach to care . Whether it be through a WhatsApp message of reassurance from the Clinical Leads, the copious amounts of CPD offered (albeit free!) or the friendly, accommodating approach adopted by the teams, there is always a helping hand.” – Lili Johnstone, General Dentist
