Wrap-Around Care Supervisor
Swanbourne House School is seeking a Wrap-Around Care Supervisor to deliver a safe, caring, and stimulating after-school programme for children in EYFS and KS1. You will create a welcoming environment where every child feels happy, secure, and inspired to learn through play.
Key responsibilities include
Providing a nurturing and engaging environment for children. • Supervising play, activities, and mealtimes to promote positive behaviour and social interaction. • Preparing and serving light meals and snacks, ensuring dietary needs are met. • Supporting children’s wellbeing, comfort, and personal needs. • Maintaining accurate records and upholding safeguarding, health, and safety standards. • Building positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents/carers.
About You
You will be enthusiastic, caring, and committed to providing high-quality childcare. You’ll enjoy working as part of a team and bring a flexible, positive approach to your work.
Essential skills and qualifications:
Level 2 Childcare qualification (or working towards completion). • Experience of working or volunteering with young children. • A strong understanding of safeguarding, inclusion, and child wellbeing. • Good communication and organisational skills.
