Job Title: KS1 Lead Location: Cayman Islands

School Description: A British International School in the Cayman Islands is seeking an experienced KS1 Lead to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator with leadership experience to work within a British curriculum environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support teaching and learning across KS1
Support curriculum planning and development
Monitor student progress and academic outcomes
Provide guidance and support to teaching staff
Contribute to the wider leadership and development of the school

Requirements:

Relevant degree
Recognised teaching qualification
Strong knowledge of the British curriculum
Previous leadership experience is essential

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: £60,000-£70,000 per annum
