The Welcome Hub is a team of people from different departments who will be in place to answer queries from new students and issue Student ID cards.
Duties and responsibilities
- Supporting new students starting at CCCU
- Answering a wide variety of student enquiries
- Being the first point of contact during a busy welcome period
- Issuing Student ID cards
- Raising queries to other teams where necessary
Skills and experience
- Front facing customer services
- Face to face or on the phone
- Experience of using MS suite
- Training will be provided
