Accounts Assistant
£18k - £25k per annumFull-time
A rapidly growing organisation who hve a new opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to work across their three business areas of Property, Private Education and Food Production.
Working as part of the Central Management Team at Head Office you will be responsible for the day to day operation of accounts and payroll for the group.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager (CIMA) you will be responsible for:
- Supervision of invoicing and collection of income (Xero)
- Supervision of purchasing (Xero)
- Bank reconciliation (Xero & Barclays)
- Production of Management Accounts and KPI's (Xero)
- Payroll for 250 employees (Sage 50 Payroll)
- Supervision of the Finance Procedure and Audit
- Any other duties as directed by the Operations Manager
This opportunity will suit a confident and proactive professional, with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. Qualified or part qualified AAT/CIMA/ACA is required. Experience with Xero and Sage is desirable.
