Maintenance Assistant - Electrician

Use of range of equipment and hand tools appropriate to the duties of the post. Maintain all plant-rooms, workshops, and the site as a whole in a clean and tidy manner. Assist in cleaning of grilles Air Handling Unit ducts including in confined spaces. Cleaning of vents and radiators. Replacement of lamps and LED panels around the site Portable appliance testing, and maintaining up to date log. Assist in unblocking drains. Complete minor plumbing works alone such as replacing tap cartridges. Minor carpentry works such as hanging notice and white boards.
