Senior Sales Advisor

PropCert is a leading provider of property services throughout the UK and one of the fastest-growing contractors providing EPCs, Electrical Safety Checks, Gas Safety inspections, and other property-related certifications. With fully national coverage, PropCert serves a vast range of clients, from individual landlords and homeowners to large corporations, including several of the "Big 6" energy companies. Headquartered in Beckenham (BR3) and completing over 10,000 property visits per month (and growing!), we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Advisor to join our expanding team.

• £32,708.02 k Starting salary + Commission
• OTE £57,908.02+ (£25,200 Commission)
• Monday – Friday. 8am - 5pm one week and 9am-6pm the next.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert Inbound & Warm Leads: Contact prospective clients following website inquiries and handle inbound calls to close sales efficiently.
• Maximize Order Value: Identify strategic upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our full range of property certification services.
• Lead by Example: Serve as a mentor and role model for junior sales staff, demonstrating high activity levels, objection handling, and sales best practices.
• Outbound Follow-ups: Actively engage warm contact lists provided by our key lead generation partners.
• Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with evolving property regulations, legislation, and industry standards to act as a trusted advisor.
• Account Management & Aftercare: Deliver high-touch customer care to ensure repeat business and high retention rates.
• Consistently Meet Sales KPI’s: Meeting targets of revenue, gross profit, upsale and conversion rate critical to the role.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in a high-volume telesales or phone-based sales role, preferably in property, compliance, or related services.
• Leadership Drive: A natural desire to set the standard, and drive team energy.
• Strong Communication: Exceptional phone manner, persuasive communication, and clear written email skills.
• Self-Motivated & Driven: Highly intrinsically motivated to make high-volume calls, close deals, and exceed targets.
• Speed & Organization: Outstanding multitasking skills with the ability to manage pipeline effectively in a fast-paced environment.
