Dispensing Optician Pulse Team (Full-Time, Mobile Role)
Base Location: Basingstoke (with travel up to 90 minutes from base)
The Opportunity

- This role forms part of a dedicated Pulse Team, designed to provide expert branch support while contributing to learning, development, and clinical consistency across multiple locations.
- It's ideal for someone ready to step beyond the traditional practice setting and take on wider responsibilities, with a strong focus on training, mentorship, and operational excellence.
- Provide clinical cover across multiple branches within the group
- Act as a link between practices to help maintain high clinical standards
- Induct and onboard new starters into the business
- Facilitate experience days as part of the interview process for new recruits
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to create engaging online training content
- Deliver ongoing coaching and support to the Dispensing Optician team across the network
- Qualified and GOC-registered Dispensing Optician
- Passionate about mentoring and supporting others
- Confident communicator with the ability to inspire and lead by example
- Comfortable working independently across multiple locations
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and be happy to travel (up to 90 minutes from Basingstoke)
- Competitive salary up to £33,000, depending on experience
- 25 days annual leave (plus public holidays)
