An established international financial services organisation is seeking a Senior Finance Manager / Associate Finance Director to lead its Pension Administration function. This senior leadership role will oversee service delivery, operational performance, and team development while ensuring all client and regulatory deadlines are consistently achieved. The successful candidate will drive process improvement, automation initiatives, and technology-led transformation projects to enhance efficiency, reporting, and client experience. Applicants should demonstrate strong leadership capability, exceptional organisational skills, and a proven track record managing complex projects and multiple stakeholder demands within a regulated environment. Experience within pensions, fiduciary, or professional services would be advantageous, alongside a strong commercial and solutions-focused mindset and an ACCA or similar relevant accounting qualification.
