We're looking for a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team where your skills will be recognised, valued, and put to good use every single day.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering lessons and covering classes when needed
- Supporting learning across Key Stages
- Working alongside teachers to plan engaging activities
- Providing targeted interventions for individuals and small groups
- Helping pupils build confidence, independence, and a love of learning
- Supporting behaviour management and creating a positive classroom environment
What we're looking for:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
- Previous experience supporting children in a school setting
- Confidence leading whole-class learning
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive, adaptable approach and genuine passion for education
