The Role

- Driving market share through strategic planning and proactive business generation

About You
To be considered, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience successfully managing estate agency branches
- A proven track record of growing market share and delivering strong results
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor and develop staff
- Excellent presentation, communication and organisational abilities
- Ideally, solid knowledge of the South Bucks property market
- A driven, professional and commercially minded approach
