This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious hospitality professional looking to take the next step in their management career. Supporting the delivery of world-class conferences, spectacular banquets, prestigious sporting events and unforgettable celebrations, you'll play a key role in one of the UK's most dynamic event operations.
Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you will help oversee the day-to-day operation of our Conference & Banqueting department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences whilst developing and inspiring a talented team.

OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE
• Supervisory or management experience within a Conference & Banqueting, Events or hospitality environment
• Experience delivering high-quality service for conferences, banquets, weddings or large-scale events
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• A passion for developing and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results
• A proactive and hands-on approach, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence

IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL
• Support the day-to-day management of Conference & Banqueting operations, ensuring every event runs smoothly and successfully
• Lead, coach and motivate team members, creating a positive and high-performing working environment
• Coordinate the setup, delivery and breakdown of conferences, banquets and special events to the highest standards
• Monitor service standards, guest feedback and operational procedures to continually enhance the customer experience
• Work closely with internal departments and event organisers to ensure seamless event delivery and memorable guest experiences
