Early Years Practitioner - Birmingham (Level 3 Qualified) Pay: £16 per hour
Location: Birmingham We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive early years setting in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young children's development during their most important early learning stages. Role Overview You will be working as part of a friendly nursery team, supporting children aged 0-5 in line with the EYFS framework. Your role will include planning and delivering engaging activities, supporting learning through play, and ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS
Support children's learning and development through play-based activities
Observe, assess, and record children's progress
Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers
Support children with additional needs where required
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (essential)
Health and Social Care qualification (essential)
Previous experience in an early years setting
Strong understanding of safeguarding and EYFS
Caring, patient, and professional approach
