As Production Manager, you will support the day-to-day operation of a large-scale processing facility, ensuring production targets, safety standards, quality requirements, and operational KPIs are consistently achieved.Working closely with the site leadership team, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting frontline teams, and helping to create a positive, high-performing culture across the operation.Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the safe and efficient running of production operations.
- Monitoring production, quality, and efficiencies.
- Driving continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, reliability, safety, and quality.
- Working closely with maintenance and engineering teams to maximise plant performance.
- Assisting with workforce planning, resource allocation, and employee development.
- Analysing operational data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting the development of operational procedures and best practice standards.
- Contributing to a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
