Blue Legal are partnering with a leading law firm who are recruiting a Marketing Manager to join their London/Manchester office. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within the department, owning the end to end marketing planning process, from identifying opportunities and setting objectives to executing campaigns and analysing performance.
The Responsibilities:
Serve as the marketing business partner for the Employment department, leading the development and execution of strategic marketing plans.
Identify marketing objectives and propose targeted campaigns and tactics to achieve them.
Oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Act as a key ambassador for the Marketing function within the firm, particularly with partners and fee earners.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Work closely with specialist teams such as eCRM, digital, and press to deliver integrated marketing efforts.
The Candidate:
Strong background in marketing and communications (in-house or agency), with hands on experience in managing campaigns across paid social, paid search, digital, and social media channels.
Proven ability to independently run projects from concept to execution under tight deadlines.
Proficient in CRM, e-marketing systems, reporting tools, MS Office, HTML, and CMS platforms
