We are pleased to announce that we are now advertising for a Lead Site Therapist (upper band 6-band 7) to join the team at our new site in Maidstone, Kent starting in November 2026 . This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in shaping one of our schools.
We are looking to appoint an experienced Psychotherapist, with a creative therapeutic background (Music/Art/Drama/Play) to join our team on a full-time basis, supporting our pupils with SEMH needs, across KS1 to KS3.
We welcome applications from specialist therapists, as well as colleagues from mainstream backgrounds who are interested in working within a nurturing, specialist SEMH setting. You will be supported by leaders at OHS with delivery and ongoing professional development, ensuring you are well equipped to meet the needs of our pupils.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensuring the seamless therapeutic, relationships-first, therapy offer is maintained; collaborating with colleagues in classrooms and offering effective therapy programmes
Readily providing therapeutic support in class, maintaining visibility and supporting learning
Liaising with colleagues and external professional
Being a key point of contact for families in relation to therapy, supporting and collaborating with external professionals as required.
Ensure that a coherent, consistent internal reporting system is adhered to for all therapies
