Paint Spray Shop Team Leader / Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time, Temp to perm,16 weeks
We are looking for an experienced Spray Shop Team Leader / Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of our spray shop and lead a small production team. The successful candidate will ensure all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with company quality and health & safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the spray shop team
- Ensure all sprayed items meet company quality standards
- Maintain a “Right First Time” approach to workmanship
- Allocate and complete daily production work
- Check colours against paperwork and approved samples
- Complete quality logs and resolve any production issues
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work area
- Ensure machinery is maintained correctly
- Promote and follow all Health & Safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous spray shop experience
- Supervisory or team leader experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
