- Develop and execute brand plans to drive sustainable growth, market share, and profitability.
- Own the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and shopper channels.
- Analyse consumer, customer, and market insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Manage new product development (NPD) and product launches from concept through to market execution.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Category, Insights, and Supply Chain teams to deliver commercial objectives.
- Monitor brand performance, track key KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations to optimise results.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and return on investment.
- Support customer presentations and work with retail partners to maximise brand visibility and performance.
- Lead agency relationships and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Contribute to the wider business strategy through innovative thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure all marketing activity aligns with brand guidelines and supports long-term business objectives.
