We are looking for an Engineering Administrator to join Apleona team on a full-time basis
Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 08:00-16:30
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the operations team with planning and scheduling jobs and projects, ensuring all resources are in place.
- Prepare and maintain job schedules, updating teams on progress as needed.
- Ensure that reports and updates are sent to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain digital copy records of all logs, reports, and other relevant documentation for easy access and reference.
- Assist with the preparation of invoices, receipts, and other financial paperwork when required.
- Schedule and organise internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and necessary documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, training sessions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar operations or administrative support role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with invoicing, reporting and record-keeping.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
- Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
