Company:
Specialist producer of Large Format Digital design, print & graphics. Working with various sectors including retail, events, exhibitions & hospitality.
The Role:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the clients requirements
- Full project management for bespoke jobs inclusive of print, installation, supplier, and joinery work
- Quote bespoke jobs accurately and follow up for feedback
- Manage multiple projects to tight timescales and differing complexities
- Understand workflow
- Process orders working with production to achieve tight deadlines
- Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of manufacturing print and production
- Build and develop a trusted advisor relationship with new customers
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of their solutions according to their needs and objectives
- Attend site surveys & installs if required
- Building and nurturing strong professional relationships with clients will be a key focus of the role
Requirements:
- You must have proven project/account management or other relevant print industry experience
- Your role demands exceptional account management skills, and strong written and verbal communication
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at any time while playing strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Pro-active with a forward-thinking approach to new products and development
