An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a busy and growing conveyancing team. This role offers the chance to manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, within a supportive and collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential property matters, including:
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Shared ownership transactions
  • Re-mortgages
  • New build developments
• Handle files from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring a high standard of client care throughout
• Advise and communicate with clients in person, over the telephone and in writing
• Draft and review legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds
• Maintain and manage client files efficiently and in compliance with required standards
• Respond to enquiries and provide quotations where required
• Build and maintain relationships, identifying networking opportunities and generating new business

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential property law
• Familiarity with CQS standards
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret legal documentation
