This is an excellent opportunity to join the East County team, covering areas including Seaham, Blackhall Colliery, Peterlee, Sedgefield, Chiltern, and Spennymoor, where you will utilise your experience in social care occupational therapy to make a meaningful impact. This role offers a fantastic chance to apply your expertise in equipment provision and housing adaptations, supporting individuals to maintain independence and improve their quality of life. * Experience in social care occupational therapy, particularly within housing, adaptations, and equipment provision.
* Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
