Duties of the Senior Data Analytics Manager:
- Develop and maintain the organisational analytics and reporting strategy.
- Create a roadmap that improves access to insight across the business.
- Ensure reporting and analytics activities are aligned to strategic business objectives.
- Promote a data-driven decision-making culture at all levels of the organisation.
- Act as the senior business partner for analytics and business intelligence.
- Develop and implement AI solutions to optimise operations and decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, security and quality across all analytics activities.
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques within the organisation.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to the analytics team.
- Monitor industry trends in data and AI to keep the organisation competitive.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and impactful way.
