An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Senior Officer within our Health and Community care service based at Cunninghame House, Irvine. Working within the legislative process, you will be involved in the support and protection of adults at risk by chairing Adult Support and Protection and Adults with Incapacity case conferences. The role involves chairing complex meetings, taking a collaborative approach and ensuring service users voices are heard throughout the process. Applicants must hold a professional Social Work qualification and have experience in working under and applying legislation to support adults. This role also involves providing professional guidance and support to social workers and includes carrying out quality assurance, including case file audits. The successful candidate will be expected to promote best practice and identify areas for improvement. They will also be involved in the delivery of training.
