We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Behaviour Support Assistants to work within schools across Bradford. The Role As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students' emotional wellbeing, behaviour and engagement, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Key responsibilities include: Supporting students with social, emotional and behavioural needs Building positive relationships that encourage engagement and personal development Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams to support student progress Delivering one-to-one and small group interventions where required Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies Helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential Upholding safeguarding procedures and school expectations at all times The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, resilient and proactive approach
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed
• Confidence working with students who may present challenging behaviour
