Role Overview
An award-winning and rapidly growing Premium Nutrition Brand are currently looking to appoint a talented Supply Chain Coordinator to their Head Office team based in Central London (South Bank). The main purpose of the role is to coordinate all retail orders from manufacturer to delivery, ensuring that customer orders are timely and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:- Overseeing all retail deliveries. This will involve the receiving of PO's, processing of the order, dealing with the delivery process and correctly logging the delivery details and POD's.
- Overseeing the ordering and logging of all samples, wastage, and giveaways.
- Liaising with manufacturers, once a PO has been placed, to ensure they have all the relevant documents and raw materials, to ensure that required delivery dates are met.
- Managing stock numbers for product, pouches and other consumables, to ensure that re-ordering is done before stock becomes insufficient.
- Entering sales data to track weekly/monthly average volumes.
- Producing the weekly and monthly stock reports.
- Dealing with all delivery queries, both retail and ecommerce, liaising with Core Fulfilment to ensure a speedy resolution.
- Experience within a Supply Chain / Logistics function within the FMCG sector.
- Strong communicator at all levels.
- Exposure to stock replenishment.
- IT system savvy.
- Innovative mindset.
- Excellent customer service skills.
