* Graduate Academic Mentors - Supporting GCSE and A-Level achievement.
* Graduate Trainee Teachers - Developing classroom experience ahead of teacher training.

* Graduate Behaviour Mentors - Working with pupils experiencing SEMH challenges.

Who Are We Looking For?

* Graduates with a 2:1 degree or above preferred, including Russell Group and Oxbridge graduates.
* Strong academic achievements and excellent communication skills.
* A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
* Aspiring Teachers, Educational Psychologists, SEN Specialists and School Leaders.
* Enthusiastic, resilient individuals committed to making a difference.
* Graduates available for full-time, long-term school placements.

Previous tutoring, mentoring, coaching or SEN experience is advantageous but not essential.
