Temp Part-Time Team Assistant - Private Investment Management Firm - 2-4 weeks in August

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Assistant to provide temporary cover during a current team member's sabbatical period for a Private Investment Management Firm. This is a part-time assignment, running from 17 August to 2 September, Monday to Wednesday, 9:00am–5:30pm .
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to a busy team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations. Responsibilities include diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, document preparation, inbox management, and general team support.
Candidates should be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced professional environment and must be available immediately . Previous experience in an administrative, team assistant, or executive support role is essential, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an adaptable and professional individual seeking a short-term assignment with a well-regarded organisation.
