  • Serving as the welcoming first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing professional support and conducting tours of the home as required.
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols and maintaining strict confidentiality across all aspects of the role.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and a keen aptitude for new systems.
  • Demonstrable experience in data handling, detailed reporting, and managing deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a professional demeanour.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and equality of opportunity.
  • A satisfactory enhanced DBS check is essential.

Experience in HR administration, payroll, bookkeeping, or a healthcare setting, along with a business administration qualification, would be highly advantageous.

Required Criteria
