IQVIA seeks an Associate Sales Engineering Director to provide pre-sales technical support for SaaS customer engagement solutions across Europe. The role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to help healthcare clients implement IQVIA's platforms and achieve business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-sales technical support for Orchestrated Customer Engagement and related IQVIA solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations at customer sites during sales process
- Own proof-of-concepts and rapid prototyping initiatives to demonstrate solution feasibility
- Provide technical input for bid proposals and identify additional revenue opportunities
- Communicate client feedback and requirements to Product and Engineering teams for iteration
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years related experience with Bachelor's degree
- Strong CRM and marketing automation expertise in life sciences
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience owning end-to-end projects with cross-functional coordination
- Self-motivated with capability to thrive in fast-paced environments
