Nottingham Greyhound Stadium has an exciting opportunity for Casual Waiting Staff to join our team. Applicants must be aged 16 or over and the role will be based in Nottingham .
We are looking for team members with experience in customer-facing and hospitality roles who can provide a professional, friendly and efficient service at all times.
Availability Requirements
- Available throughout the year, including December
- Available to work every Friday , with the occasional Monday
- Flexible to meet business demands
Role Responsibilities
- Cover Bar, Waiting on Tables, and Food & Drink Running
- Deliver excellent customer service in a welcoming, professional manner
- Prepare and lay up service areas for food and beverage service
- Serve food, wine and drinks efficiently and accurately
- Operate tills and handle payments in line with company procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of work and public areas, adhering to Health & Safety and licensing regulations
- Monitor stock levels, minimise waste and complete relevant records
- Work independently or as part of a team to ensure all guest needs are met
