SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR - IMMEDIATE START

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (Term Time Only) SALARY: £13.47 per hour LOCATION: Crawley Temporary role Office Angels are partnering with a well-established school in Crawley that is seeking an exceptional Administrator to join their team and support the smooth day-to-day running of the school. You will work collaboratively with both the administrative and teaching teams, providing comprehensive administrative support across the school.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Providing administrative support to the school Managing and prioritising a varied workload in a busy office environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail Supporting the School Office team to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and deadlines Managing general office duties and office supplies Administering student data and ensuring GDPR compliance at all times Providing general administrative support across the school Maintaining school communicationsPlease note: This role is term time only.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills High levels of accuracy and attention to detail Previous administrative experience Forward-thinking, proactive, and able to use initiative Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience handling confidential information Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
