We're recruiting for a Primary PRU in Ferryhill looking for a tough, resilient SEN Learning Support Assistant. This is a setting where relationships come first and every small win matters. Some days you'll be helping pupils regulate emotions. Other days you'll be supporting learning or managing challenging behaviour. No two days are the same, which is exactly why the right person will love it. We're looking for someone who:
