Youll assess needs, analyse risk, respond to concerns, work jointly with police and partner agencies, and guide families through challenging situations with clarity and compassion. Youll develop your practice, build confidence in fast paced decision making and play a key part in safeguarding children at the earliest stage. This role also qualifies for a recruitment incentive of £3,000, payable in the 1st, 13th, and 25th months of employment.
