Science Teacher Vacancy at a Fantastic School in Bath!
A respected secondary school in Bath is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Science Teacher to join their established science department on a full-time, permanent basis from January or by agreement. This role would suit both experienced practitioners and confident ECTs looking to work in a supportive and well-organised school environment.
Job Overview
You will be responsible for:
• Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4, with the potential to teach KS5 depending on subject specialism
• Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that support strong academic progress
• Assessing, tracking, and reporting on student attainment to inform future teaching
• Adapting lessons to meet the needs of learners with a range of abilities
• Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, effort, and achievement
• Working collaboratively within the science department to support curriculum development
