The Role

GTM Associates at Gigs are the engine of top of funnel growth - and the starting point for a career in commercial leadership. You'll work closely with our GTM Lead to identify, qualify, and develop pipeline for Gigs in the UK & Ireland.

This isn't a role where you execute a handed to you playbook. You'll help build it - and the best people here grow fast because of it. Our GTM org is lean by design. You'll have real visibility with senior operators from day one, and the commercial decisions you make will matter.

For the right person, this is a rare early stage opportunity at a company that has already proven its model in multiple markets and is now executing fast in the UK & Ireland.

What you will do

• You'll go after the accounts that matter most. You'll work a focused list of must win UK & Ireland accounts - across fintech & banking, retail, travel, utilities and devices - and your job is to get Gigs in the room with them. Depth over volume: a small number of named accounts, pursued brilliantly.
• You'll grow into deals fast. You'll start by sourcing and qualifying, and advance on capability, not tenure. Run your accounts well and you'll be leading first conversations within your first few quarters, on a clear path (Shadow → Lead → Own) toward deal ownership.
• You'll get creative about how we get there. Warm introductions, conferences and events, content, product hooks - the London fintech circuit is dense, and you'll pick the rooms that matter, get us into them, and turn conversations into pipeline.
• You'll own inbound for the region. You'll respond fast, qualify with discipline, and make confident calls on fit.
• You'll learn the product deeply and make our playbook better. You'll get to grips with our infrastructure, learn why it matters to each buyer, and feed what you learn back into how we sell.
• You'll work AI-first. Research, outreach, account mapping - you'll run our top of funnel tooling stack, use AI as a natural part of how you work, and iterate on what performs.
• What success looks like: At 3 months, you know the product and you're running quality first conversations. At 6 months, we're in rooms with must win accounts through paths we wouldn't have found without you. At 12 months, you're leading conversations independently and working live deals alongside the GTM Lead

What we are looking for

• You have a high growth commercial mindset. You've spent 2-4 years in a commercial, strategy or analytically rigorous role e.g. sales, business development, partnerships, consulting, VC or adjacent - ideally working with founders, operators or senior buyers in UK fintech and tech. You look for the warm path before defaulting to cold. We care more about how you think than where you've worked.
• You're analytically sharp and structured by default. You form a hypothesis, test it, and revise. You bring order to ambiguity and your work is reliable enough that senior people build on it.
• You're an exceptional communicator. You make complex ideas simple.
• You're a self-starter who cares about outcomes. You don't wait for a playbook - you help build one. And you measure yourself on commercial impact, not activity.
• You're energised by technology. You love the idea of businesses embedding mobile connectivity into their products and you want to sell the infrastructure that makes it possible.
