Build your Practice at the Kensington Therapy Centre (KTC) as you join our expanding team of podiatrists.

Location: Kensington High Street, London W8 6BD

Position: Part-Time, Self-Employed Podiatrist

Availability: Flexible sessions (Morning / Afternoon / Evening, Monday-Saturday)

Fee Split: 50:50 plus 50% of the profit from the sale of sundries such as insoles, and custom orthotics with full clinic support based on KTC Licencing Agreement.

Associated with the Pestle & Mortar Pharmacy established in 1977, the Kensington Therapy Centre, was launched in 1999.

Our podiatrists are HCPC-registered professionals with extensive NHS and private practice experience. We offer a wide range of treatments tailored to individual patient needs, supported by the latest scientific research and technology.

Services We Offer

We are looking for podiatrists with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Core Podiatry:
• Routine Foot Care
• Diabetic Foot Care
• Musculoskeletal/Bio-mechanical:
• Bio-mechanical Assessment & Gait Analysis
• Custom Orthotics & Insoles
• Sports Injury Management
• Shock-wave Therapy
• Dermatological/Surgical:
• Nail Surgery (e.g. Ingrown Toenails)
• Verruca and Wart Treatment
• Fungal Nail and Skin Treatments
• Aesthetics/Advanced:
• Foot and Ankle Surgery
• Medical Pedicure

We aspire to offer

• Dermoscopy & Diagnostic Imaging
• Online Video Consultations

The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality podiatric care to patients of all ages, with a focus on clinical excellence, patient education, and collaborative practice. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

You will be expected to:

· Conduct thorough assessments of patients foot and lower limb health, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations.

· Diagnose and manage a wide range of podiatry conditions, such as diabetic foot complications, sports-related injuries, dermatological disorders, and musculoskeletal issues.

· Develop and implement personalised treatment plans tailored to each patients unique needs and lifestyle.

· Provide clear and compassionate education to patients regarding foot care, preventative strategies, and health-promoting behaviours.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records using digital systems, ensuring full compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations.

Working Model

At KTC, podiatrists operate on a self-employed, part-time basis with a 50:50 fee split

plus 50% of the profit from the sale of sundries such as insoles, and custom orthotics.

Patient fees are set collaboratively with each practitioner.

Sessions with daily start and finish times for the treatments

• Morning 9.00 am 1:00 pm
• Afternoon 1:00 pm 5:00 pm
• Evening 5:00 pm 7:00 pm
