Trial Vendor Senior Manager

ICON Strategic Solutions seeks a Trial Vendor Senior Manager to oversee vendor-related aspects of global clinical trials across multiple European locations. The role involves managing trial timelines, budgets, quality standards, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance in a sponsor-dedicated environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of clinical trials ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement clinical trial protocols and procedures
• Build and maintain relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders
• Ensure trial compliance with local, national, and international regulations and ethical guidelines
• Review vendor-related protocol sections and contribute to contract amendment development

Requirements

• University degree in medicine, science, or equivalent education and experience combination
• 3+ years clinical operations and vendor management experience
• Demonstrated ability to drive clinical trial deliverables
• User acceptance testing experience for eCOA and IRT systems
• Expertise in vendor outsourcing, contracting, and clinical services sourcing
• Available to start within 4-5 weeks
• Legal right to work in the assigned country
