The role includes picking them up from school, preparing a light snack, supervising homework for about 45 minutes, and organizing a calm, engaging activity until I return home. The position will be 3–4 days per week, typically from 3:15 PM to 6:15 PM. Experience with young children, basic first aid, and a warm, patient approach are important. A good command of English, permissive with screen time, and a background check would be ideal. Parents are welcoming and communicative, and I’m happy to discuss any schedule adjustments and contingency plans.
